WeProov Fleet wins road safety innovation award

For the past five years, Sécurité routière has brought together a jury of professionals from the sector and other backgrounds to reward innovative products or services that contribute to improving safety on the roads. By awarding these prizes, Road Safety facilitates their marketing to a wide audience. In this way, these awards encourage companies to pursue a long-term policy of innovation in the field of road safety.

Chaired by Marie Gautier-Melleray, interministerial delegate for road safety, the jury, made up of 11 personalities from various backgrounds, awarded six winners for this new edition. Chosen from among 60 applications, WeProov Fleet was distinguished in the road risk prevention category for its empowering character and won the right to use the "Road Safety Innovation Award 2021" label for the marketing of its solution.

Indeed, through its 100% empowering solution, WeProov allows drivers to have a real awareness of the maintenance of their vehicle and therefore of their safety. This translates into remote inspection of the vehicle at regular intervals, according to criteria previously programmed by the fleet manager. In this way, WeProov makes it possible to reduce the number of accidents involving vehicles.

With a volume of activity of more than 15,000 vehicles, WeProov Fleet aims to double its activity by the end of the year. This ambition will be supported by the legitimacy conferred by obtaining this label.

Equipped with its own A.I., the WeProov Fleet solution allows each vehicle in the company's fleet to be inspected quickly and simply, without the manager being physically present. The principle is simple: inspect, estimate, repair. From the moment the vehicle is handed over to its return and throughout the period of use, drivers are fully guided by the intuitive WeProov Fleet application. This application allows them to carry out an inspection of the vehicle at regular intervals during its use, instead of the fleet manager. For a more detailed and accurate inspection, it is now possible to report any damage directly on the photos.

Beforehand, the manager will determine how often he or she wishes to carry out the inspection via the application. As soon as a new damage is detected, a quick costing is provided thanks to the A.I. From then on, repair advice is immediately offered as well as recommendations of partner repairers who can intervene on the repair.
